Mark your calendars! The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has announced that the go-live date for CARM Release 1 has been scheduled for Tuesday, May 25th, 2021! (barring no unexpected delays.)
As of Tuesday morning following the May long weekend, the CARM Client Portal will be open for business!
At Release 1, you will be able to:
- Log in to the portal using either a GCKey or Sign-in Partner
- Create your business portal account
- Delegate access and authority to your employees
- Request access to client accounts*
- Apply for rulings (with delegated access)
