The long anticipated CARM Client Portal will be launched on May 25, 2021.
Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) will be providing new resource materials on their CARM Google Drive, including:
- Onboarding Guides on how to get set up on the Portal with information on the delegation of authority.
- A Release 1 playbook with detailed information on the Delegation of Authority, Billing, Payments, and Rulings.
