The Canada Border Services Agency made a final determination on May 5, 2021 respecting the dumping of certain concrete reinforcing bar originating in or exported from Algeria, Egypt, Indonesia, Italy, Malaysia, Singapore and Vietnam.

Certain Concrete reinforcing bar – Notice of normal value review
he Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has initiated a normal value review to update the normal values and export prices applicable to certain concrete reinforcing bar (rebar) exported to Canada from Turkey by İçdas Çelik Enerji Tersane ve Ulaşım A.Ş. (İçdas).
If the exporter does not provide a complete response to the RFI by the deadline date, any previous normal values issued to the exporter will be immediately revoked and normal values applicable to subject goods exported by İçdas will be determined by advancing the export price of the goods by 41%, pursuant to a ministerial specification.
