Shift

Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm

with rotating on call

Key Qualifications
  • High School Diploma required. College or University Degree is an asset.
  • S. Customs Brokers License is preferred. A developmental plan to successfully challenge the Customs Broker Licensing Exam will be created for an unlicensed individual.
  • NCBFAA Certified Customs Specialist is an asset.
  • Minimum five (5) years Customs Brokerage or systems integrations experience is required.
  • Experience in customs consulting, regulatory or similar professional services is an asset.
  • Working knowledge of Customs and Border Protection’s (CBP) and Participating Government Agencies (PGA) import requirements is an asset.
  • Strong communication skills – verbal and written is required.
  • Problem solving, accuracy, attention to detail and analytical ability are required.
Description of Role

As a Business Analyst and Integration Specialist, you are responsible for the user acceptance testing of internal and third-party software. Integrated customer setup and support.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and refine our integrated suite of business products.
  2. Demonstrate software, train users, and test complex data transmissions.
  3. Provide systems support and conduct user acceptance testing of third-party software.
  4. Articulate requirements with third-party software providers.
  5. Provide sales support and maintain key client relationships.
  6. Assist IT department with projects and deployment of new systems/software to customers.
  7. Provide training to customers in the use of proprietary software.
