Webinar for industry on Canada Consumer Product Safety Act

The Consumer Product Safety Program of Health Canada would like to invite you to a webinar for industry on the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act. This webinar is meant to provide manufacturers, importers and sellers of consumer products with an overview of the Actand their obligations under it.

Note: Schedule 1 of the Act lists products to which the Act does not apply. Examples of these products are explosives, cosmetics, drugs, natural health products, food, medical devices, and ammunition. All of these products are dealt with by other legislation.

Who should attend?
Industry members with limited or no knowledge of the Act.
