The United States International Trade Commission (USITC) determined that US Industry has been injured by cold-rolled flat steel products imported from China and Japan at less than fair value.
In addition to the anti-dumping duty (ADD) on these products from China and Japan, counter veiling duty (CVD) will also be assessed on the goods from China. Â The full report will be available July 26th, 2016.
