The US Department of Commerce (DOC) has postponed the due date for ADD determination on PET resin until October 6th, 2015. The DOC is currently investigating the plastic resin product, Polyethylene Terephthalate or PET, for signs of dumping. The investigation includes manufacturers from Canada (A-122-855) China (A-570-024), India (A-533-861) and Oman (A-523-810). Once the DOC has made a preliminary determination, liquidation of subject entries can be suspended and cash deposits can be required.
