On December 3rd, Congress and the Senate passed The Fixing America’s Surface Transportation (FAST) Act. This Act will now go to President Obama to be signed into law. If signed, it will increase the Merchandise Processing Fee. This bill will provide funding for Federal Highway and transportation projects through 2020.
