In a CSMS message this week, US Customs and Border Protection has announced that the temporary suspension of the FCC 740 form will continue. Â In July of 2016, CBP placed a temporary waiver on the requirement for the FCC 740 form for radio frequency emitting products that was set to expire on December 31st, 2016. Â Now, that waiver period has been extended until the Federal Communications Commission completes its rulemaking on the issue.
