It is imperative that you have fully completed your CARM Client Portal (CCP) set up.
If you HAVE REGISTERED on the CARM Client Portal and you have NOT DELEGATED AUTHORITY TO YOUR SERVICE PROVIDER (Willson International Ltd.) OR IF YOU HAVE NOT YET REGISTERED ON THE CARM CLIENT PORTAL, you SHOULD BE PREPARED TO experience significant delays when CARM is launched on May 13th.
