On August 26, 2022, the Canada Border Services Agency determined that the expiry in respect of the dumping of certain concrete reinforcing bar originating in or exported from Belarus, the Separate Customs Territory of Taiwan, Penghu, Kinmen and Matsu (Chinese Taipei), the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China, Japan, Portugal and Spain is likely to result in the continuation or resumption of dumping of the goods into Canada.
