On February 1st, President Biden revoked Presidential Proclamation 10139 that would have placed an absolute quota and revoked the Section 232 duties on Aluminum from the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Effective immediately, aluminum imports from the UAE will continue to be subject to Section 232 duties.
