TSCA Reform passes House and Senate, Conference will Resolve Differences

The US Senate passed legislation that will reform the Toxic Substances Control Act. This comes on the heels of the US House of Representatives passing their TSCA reform bill this past June. This legislation, named the TSCA Modernization Act of 2015, addresses the state laws that have been causing issues for chemical manufacturers and importers.  However, changes will still need to be made in conference before it can be submitted to the President and become law.
