On June 7th, the US Senate passed the Frank R. Lautenberg Chemical Safety for the 21st Century Act. Â This Act will give the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) more ability to test chemical substances. Â The Toxic Substances Control ACT (TSCA) regulates the manufacture, importation, and processing of chemicals.
