The Canada Border Services Agency made preliminary determinations on July 7, 2022 respecting the dumping and subsidizing of certain mattresses originating in or exported from China.
For importations of subject goods for which the exporter has not been issued a specific rate, the rates of anti‑dumping duty are equal to 161%.
For importations of subject goods for which the exporter has not been issued a specific rate, the rates of countervailing duty are equal to 11.76%.
