Canada Border Services Agency has provided a statement of reason concerning expiry review determination under paragraph 76.03(7)(a) of the Special Import Measures Act respecting corrosion-resistant steel sheet originating in or exported from the People’s Republic of China, the Separate Customs Territory of Taiwan, Penghu, Kinmen and Matsu (Chinese Taipei), the Republic of India and the Republic of Korea.
