The Department of Commerce issued a changed circumstances review this week that states they intend to exempt certain bed bases from the scope of ADD case A-570-890. If Commerce follows through, the items excluded from the scope will include: wooden box frames, three wooden cross beams and one perpendicular center wooden support beam, and wooden slats over the beams. This would include bed bases constructed without inner springs and/or coils and do not include headboard, footboard, side rails or a mattress. These would be considered unassembled.
