Revocation of AD Duties on Chinese Wooden Bedroom Furniture Pending “Notices of Intent”

If “Notices of Intent to Participate” are not received from interested parties by November 18^th, The Department of Commerce will automatically revoke the AD/CV duty on Chinese wooden Bedroom furniture.  If parties wish to participate, then complete responses must be filed by December 3^rd.
