Revision of CFIA directive D-96-15(Phytosanitary Requirements to Prevent the Spread of Japanese beetle)

Please be advised that the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) has posted a revision of directive D-96-15: Phytosanitary Requirements to Prevent the Spread of Japanese beetle (Popillia japonica) in Canada and the United States.

Revisions include clarifications to program requirements, inclusion of regulatory treatment to incorporate plants with soil, soil-related matter and/or growing media attached into the Japanese beetle programs and renaming of the Nursery Management Program to the Field Nursery Stock Program.
