APHIS (Animal Plant Health Inspection Agency) sent a reminder this week that twenty new products will require Lacey Act reporting. These commodities include, but are not limited to: casks, barrels, barrelheads, tableware, and kitchenware. Failure to file the PPQ Form 505 can result in civil or criminal penalties.
