As a reminder to importers of food that rely on the ITACS system for FDA messaging, this system is not communicating with US Customs ACE system. Â As of June 15th, FDA entries were added to the ACE system. Â Therefore, if you are using ITACS to update the FDA status of your shipments, you will no longer be able to see information. Â This issue has been ongoing since January 2016 and there is no timetable for resolution.
