On November 5th, President Obama formally notified Congress that he intends on signing the TPP. This triggers a 90-day period of public disclosure before he can actually sign. After the President signs, Congress will begin their review period. The Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) will eliminate the current barriers to US exports in such key business sectors as manufacturing and agriculture. The text of the TPP can be read here.
