Though the preliminary determination was due on November 10th, The Department of Commerce has postponed the decision until December 21st. Due to the large number of companies cooperating in the investigation, The Commerce Department has determined that this determination has become “complicated.†This determination impacts corrosion-resistant steel products from India, Italy, China, South Korea and Taiwan.
