As expected, Phase 1 of the US/China trade deal was signed on Wednesday, January 15th. This deal lowers the List 4a rates from 15 percent to 7.5 percent on February 14th, 2020. This reduction will impact approximately 3,800 tariff numbers. List 1, List 2, and List 3 will remain at 25 percent.
