On August 27, 2021 the Canada made a preliminary decision with respect to certain small power transformers originating in and/or exported from Austria, Chinese Taipei, and South Korea.
Provisional duties will now be payable on the subject goods from Austria, Chinese Taipei and South Korea that are released from the CBSA on or after August 27, 2021.
For exporters in Austria, who have not been issued normal values the rates of ant-dumping duty are equal to 78.40%.
For exporters in Chinese Taipei, who have not been issued normal values the rates of ant-dumping duty are equal to 37.90%.
For exporters in South Korea, who have not been issued normal values the rates of ant-dumping duty are equal to 78.40%.
