On September 13th, 2024, the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) issued a preliminary determination with regards to certain concrete reinforcing bar originating in or exported from Bulgaria, Thailand, and the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
Provisional duties will be payable on subject goods from the aforementioned countries, that are released by the CBSA on or after September 13th, 2024.
