Anti-Dumping Duties – New additions to CBSA’s SIMA website

The Canada Border Services Agency has enhanced its SIMA website with the following resources.

1. Report Duty Evasion – A new tab can be found on the SIMA website “Contact Us” page that allows the public to provide information with respect to suspected non-payment of SIMA duties.
2. SIMA Import Statistics – The CBSA has recently started publishing annual import statistics for each product for which there is a SIMA measure in force.
3. Counsel Toolkit – A new series of documents and forms, useful to counsel in SIMA proceedings, can be accessed from the “Counsel” tab on the main SIMA webpage.
