Tariff Rate Quota for Milk Protein Substances with a Milk Protein Content of 85% or more by Weight, Calculated on the Dry Matter – Deadline for 2017-2018 Applications
The deadline to apply for an allocation under the tariff rate quota (TRQ) for milk protein substances (MPS) with a milk protein content of 85% or more by weight, calculated on the dry matter for 2017-2018 is February 15, 2017.
The application form is available in appendix 2 of the new Notice to Importers No. 892 – Milk Protein Substances with a Milk Protein Content of 85% or more by Weight, Calculated on the Dry Matter, that do not Originate in a NAFTA Country, Chile, Costa Rica, or Israel (Item 125.2 on the Import Control List), which can be found on Global Affairs Canada’s website.
Completed applications must be sent on or before the deadline of February 15, 2017 and can be sent by email, mail or courier.
