The Office of the U.S. Trade Representative previously granted extensions on a small number of exclusions from the China 301 duties. Only 62 or 306 exclusions were extended from List 1 and only 17 of 86 exclusions were extended from List 2. All of the extended exclusions are now set to expire on December 31st.
Please be aware that after December 31st, your company will no longer be able to claim an exclusion from the 25 percent duty on eligible commodities.
