The ITC is seeking comments on possible import bans of beverage brewing capsules from one particular manufacturer. This Section 337 exclusion could result in a cease and desist order for one US Company selling these capsules. This investigation was requested and alleges several companies are infringing on patents for reusable single serve capsules used in brewing machines.
