U.S. Customs & Border Protection released CSMS #52458835 notifying the trade that certain goods made in the Russian Federation will have an increase in Column 2 duties. This announcement was made in Presidential Proclamation 10420.
Effective on or after 12:01 a.m. eastern daylight time on July 27, 2022, goods entered for consumption, or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption, will be assessed additional duty under new heading 9903.90.08.
