A reminder that all small spark-ignition products imported in 2021 must be declared before February 1st, 2022; if they have not been declared through the Canada Border Services Agency’s Single Window Initiative (SWI). The SSI Regulations require companies to submit a signed Importation Declaration to Environment and Climate Change Canada when importing 50 engines or more in a calendar year.
