How to Renew your FDA Foreign Food Facility Registration

 

 

Food facilities are required to renew their registration in every even numbered year between October 1st and December 31st.  The owner, operator, or agent in charge of the facility, or a person authorized by one of them, can submit a facility registration renewal electronically.

You also may submit your registration renewal via mail or fax using FDA Form 3537 to 301.436.2804.
