Hot-Rolled Carbon Steel Plate – Expiry Review Decision
On October 4th, 2019, the Canada Border Services Agency completed its expiry review investigation (initiated May 10, 2019) and has determined any expiry of the finding would likely result in the continued or resumption of dumping of the aforementioned goods originating in and/or exported from  Brazil, Denmark, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, and South Korea.
The CITT will now conduct an inquiry to determine whether the expiry of its finding is likely to result in injury to the Canadian industry and has announced that it will issue its decision no later than March 13, 2020.
