Gypsum Board – Re-investigation of normal values

The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has begun a re-investigation of the normal values and export prices with regards to certain gypsum board originating in or exported from the United States, imported into Canada for use or consumption in the provinces of British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba, as well as the Yukon and Northwest Territories (Western Canada).

The re-investigation is part of CBSA’s enforcement of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT) finding issued January 04, 2017 and continued October 19, 2022.
