U.S. Customs and Border Protection has advised that over 400,000 lines of Generalized System of Preferences (GSP) refund lines have been processed automatically and will now complete the manual processing of the final 22,000 lines. If your company is expecting a refund for lapsed GSP entries and the refund is not received, there will be a 180 window after liquidation (typically one year after entry) when the refund claim can be filed.
