The Department of Justice issued a news release this week that a furniture retailer has agreed to pay $15 million to settle an alleged anti-dumping duty evasion case. This retailer allegedly attempted to avoid paying anti-dumping duty on wooden bedroom furniture from China by adjusting the descriptions of the products being imported.
