FSVP Contact Information – FDA to Validate Email Address

Starting September 4^th, 2021, The U.S. Food & Drug Administration (FDA) will deploy a validation in the Foreign Supplier Verification Program (FSVP) entity information. This information was released in CSMS #48912861.

The Foreign Supplier Verification Programs (FSVP) regulation requires the FSVP Importer email to be transmitted. Unfortunately, the FDA has received invalid information submitted in that field, which has resulted in the validation being set. Please note the following examples:

first.last@company.com VALID FORMAT

<first.last@company.com> INVALID FORMAT

First.last.company.com INVALID FORMAT

Please do not include names, additional characters, etc. that are not part of the valid email address.

Transmitting invalid email addresses through ShipCheck could result in shipment delays. Please review your FSVP parties in ShipCheck before September 4^th to prevent delays. If you have questions, please contact transitionus@willsonintl.com or call 716.260.1580 option 4 for assistance.
