This week the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) updated the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) document published for produce safety regulations. This FAQ includes common questions that the FDA has received through the Food Safety Modernization ACT (FSMA) Technical Assistance Network (TAN). Some of the topics covered include FSVP and Current Good Manufacturing Practices (CGMP) Requirements. If your company ships food into the United States, please inform your Quality Assurance or Food Safety Manager of this resource.
