The Foods and Drug Administration will begin regulating e-cigarettes and nicotine dissolvable products effective August 8th, 2016. These products will now be subject to FDA tobacco regulations. These regulations include, but are not limited to, FDA registration and product labeling. The FDA has issued three documents relating to this change: Small entity compliance guide, data requirements guide, and a draft guidance guide.
