On Sunday August 25th, from 2:30 AM 9:30 AM, FDA’s electronic systems will be undergoing scheduled maintenance. Following this maintenance, their Prior Notice System Interface (PNSI) web application will be down for an additional hour.
During this this outage, FDA will not process any incoming or outgoing messaging to the Customs ACE system. Any message sent during this time will be queued and processed upon completion of the maintenance.
To ensure timely processing and prevent unnecessary delays, please send your shipments to Willson for processing by 11:00 PM, Saturday, August 24th.
