The Food and Drug Administration is seeking comment on their proposed rule that would add new sections to the FDA regulations specifying the data elements that must or may be filed in ACE.
This includes the FDA definition of “owner†and “consignee†to be in alignment with CBP’s definition.  If your company ships FDA regulated goods, this proposed rule may impact the information needed at the time of entry.
