The FDA has delayed some of the compliance dates for the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA). Â Included in these dates are the deadlines for importers to comply with the Foreign Supplier Verification Program (FSVP). Â Food facilities, farms, and importers have two additional years to comply with the measures and implement the new provisions.
