FDA Issues Draft Guidance for Control of Listeria in Ready-To-Eat Foods

The US Foods and Drug Administration (FDA) has released draft guidance entitled, “Current Good Manufacturing Practice, Hazard Analysis, and Risk-Based Preventive Controls for Human Food.”  If your company is the producer of foods, ready-to-eat or not, it is important to read the draft guidance before it comes into effect.
