Food facilities are required to renew their registration in every even numbered year between October 1st and December 31st.  The owner, operator, or agent in charge of the facility, or a person authorized by one of them, can submit a facility registration renewal electronically. You also may submit your registration renewal via mail or fax using FDA Form 3537 to 301-436-2804.
