This week, the Federal Register published a document regarding the, now suspended, FCC 740 form. Â Currently, this form is temporarily not required for ACE processing of shipments. Â This published notice is seeking comment on the form and the content. Â The results of this comment period may result in the form being amended from its current state or even rescinded altogether.
