Beginning July 1st, the requirement for the FCC form 740 will be suspended until December 31st 2016. This means commodities such as televisions, remote controls, and other radio frequency emitting devices will not need the form for this designated period of time. This suspension is due to the ACE conversion. The requirement will be revisited at a later date.
