Fabricated Industrial Steel Components – Notice of Final Determination

On April 25, 2017, the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA), made final determinations of dumping in respect of certain fabricated industrial steel components (FISC) originating in or exported from the People’s Republic of China (China), the Republic of Korea (Korea) and the Kingdom of Spain (Spain), and subsidizing concerning FISC from China.

The subject goods are usually classified under the following Harmonized System (HS) classification numbers:

The Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT) is continuing its inquiry into the question of injury to the domestic industry and will make an order or finding by May 25, 2017.

Provisional duties will continue to apply on imports of subject goods originating in or exported from China, Korea and Spain until the date of the CITT’s order or finding.
