The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) is advising all clients and service providers who transmit trade data using the eManifest Portal, of a service disruption, due to systems maintenance.
Saturday February 19, 2022 from 05:00 to 05:30 (ET) and Sunday December 20, 2022 from 05:00 to 05:30 (ET): eManifest Portal users will not be able to view or update business account details, or register new business accounts.
Saturday February 19, 2022 from 06:00 and 07:00 (ET) and Sunday February 20, 2022 from 06:00 and 07:00 (ET): eManifest Portal users may experience forced re-logon. Portal users will still be able to create and submit all trade documents and update user accesses.
