The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA), in conjunction with Environment and Climate Change Canada (ECCC), is hosting a Trade Consultation Session, via WebEx. Â The focus of the session will be importation of commercial goods such as on- and off-road vehicles and engines installed in vessels and off-road machines.
The session is scheduled for March 16, 2017 from 1-3 p.m. (EST). Â The objective of this webinar will be to provide participants with information on the Single Window Initiative (SWI) as it relates to products regulated under the Canadian Environmental Protection Act 1999 and the various vehicle and engine emission regulations.
The session will provide a forum for discussion on the following aspects:
- Information on the SWI;
- Business process changes to the importation of commercial goods that are subject to import regulations and regulating control under the Vehicle and Engine Emissions Program.
- Data requirements for ECCC regulated commodities.
This webinar is being offered in English and is provided free of charge to participants.
